When you have applied for one of our open vacancies, you will receive a confirmation mail within one workday to notify that your application is received.
Within 5 workdays we will let you know whether we will invite you for a telephone interview to further discuss your experience and ambition.
If all goes well, the first face to face interview will be conducted by our Corporate Recruiter and the Manager at our office.
After a successful first interview, we will ask you to do a online assessment.
After the assessment we will plan a second interview with the HR Advisor and a Senior Manager to discuss the results of your assessment.
After successfully completing the interviews, we will discuss your terms of employment and, depending on the job, we will follow up with a screening (e.g. certificate of conduct).
After this, we will welcome you as our new colleague at Heras!
